This list can be revised as a result of continuously performed medical inquiries into the effects of exercises on specific medical conditions. To be on the safe side, we recommend you to consult your doctor before starting Galileo Training to determine whether you have a relative, or absolute, contraindication. Please contact us in case you need more advice.
Annotation: Because of the unique Galileo tilting principle considerable damping occurs. The vibrations brought forth by the Galileo do not or barely reach the higher body parts. Therefore, safer stimulation is possible and the Galileo has more fields of application and less contraindications than other vibratory plates.
